Support in the education of pupils with developmental language disorder in mainstream primary school

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of developmental language disorder and the support of pupils with this disorder in the educational environment of a mainstream primary school. The thesis focuses on the characteristics of developmental language disorder, its etiology, symptomatology, diagnosis and therapy. It also addresses the specific speech, language and communication needs of school-age pupils and their development in the school environment. In the context of inclusive education, the principles of inclusive pedagogy and the possibilities of primary education for pupils with developmental language disorders are described, including support from school counselling centres and individual education plans. The main aim of the research work was to analyse the possibilities of supporting pupils with developmental language disorder in mainstream primary school. The research investigation was carried out using a quantitative questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was sent to 224 primary schools in the Zlín region. A total of 104 respondents completed it. Public Awareness of Selective Mutism

This bachelor thesis deals with elective mutism. Attention was paid to the definition, symptomatology and speech therapy intervention of this communication disorder, and above all to the analysis of the level of public awareness of elective mutism. Analyzing the level of public awareness of elective mutism was the main research objective of this paper. The motivation for investigating this issue was the fact that there is currently no research survey in the Czech Republic that would map the public's awareness of elective mutism. However, a higher level of public awareness of this disorder has a positive effect on early diagnosis, and early diagnosis positively affects the success of subsequent therapy. The research was conducted using quantitative research, with a questionnaire used as a research tool. The administration of the questionnaire was carried out online, data collection was completed after obtaining 200 responses. The obtained data were processed in the MS Excel program. Subsequently, two predetermined hypotheses were tested, one of them saying that the level of elective mutism awareness dependents on the field of education of the respondents was confirmed. Liquidation of a business corporation

Annotation: This work focuses on the process of liquidation of a business corporation. The dissolution of a business corporation can be done with or without a legal successor. This topic is very extensive and has a legal basis mainly in Act No. 90/2012 Coll. and 125/2008 Coll., 89/2012 Coll. The aim of the diploma thesis is to clarify the issue of dissolution of a business corporation from the point of view of law, accounting and taxes. One of the other goals is to deal with the dissolution of a business corporation with and without a legal successor. Furthermore, selected work options for the dissolution of a business corporation are described in this work, and there are also statistics on dissolved business corporations. The research survey is conducted through a questionnaire survey, which complements the guided interview. The respondents to this research survey were selected business entities and representatives of business corporations. The evaluation of the research survey is supplemented by tables, which are followed by individual graphs.
Performance contract

This work focuses on the performance contracts. In 2014 was created new legislation of the new Civil Code, namely Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Even after the new adaptation, there are still many questions concerning the performance of senior representatives in a company. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the procedure for compiling the performance contracts and to describe sub-parts of it as well as to discover the differences between the remuneration of the company's top manager having the classical employment contract and the top manager with the performance contract. Next the responsibilities arising from the employment contract are and the performance contract are assessed. The research is conducted through questionnaires which are complemented with a controlled interview. Respondents of this research are legal entities. The output from the thesis is supplemented with tables in which the individual charts are linked.
Offences of legal entities

The main focus of this work is to clarify the offenses of legal entities in general terms, in view of the new legal regulation, Act No. 250/2016 Coll., "The Law on Liability for Offenses and the Procedure for Misconducts" and Act No. 251/2016 Coll. "The Law on Some Misconduct". One of the focal points is to focus on misconducts related to accounting and the impact of these offenses on other entities. The main source of information is the quantitative research using the research method of the questionnaires. The respondents are employees of the institutions dealing with this issue. The questionnaire is followed by a controlled interview conducted anonymously. The aim of the thesis is to clarify what offenses are committed by legal entities most often. Appropriate tables that are linked to graphs serve to make the whole issue more transparent.
